Kayla Santos - Painter and multimedia artist

Kayla Santos is a Filipino multi-media artist born and raised in Hong Kong. Her debut solo exhibition "pure heritage,” looks at the superficial representation of cultural identity and detachment from a single heritage background. From this point, her work has expanded itself into a pursuit of purpose and the self in context to find "contented displacement”. Her artistic endeavours are inspired greatly by children, as a certified visual arts educator, and their absentminded creativity.
